How tuition works

  • What sets tuition

Your child's class and the number of days a week set tuition. Co-op families also share the work of running the school through duty mornings and a family job. We give you the figures in writing at your tour.

    • The class: threes, fours or the afternoon class

    • Two or three days a week

    • Morning or afternoon

  • Registration

The registration fee holds your child's place and covers the enrollment file. It is due when you accept a place.

  • Holding a place

When we offer a place, you hold it with the registration fee and the first month's tuition. When a class is full, you join the waitlist, and we offer places in the order families joined.

  • Billing

Tuition is billed monthly. If you like, you can pay automatically through our enrollment page.

  • Help with tuition

Ask us whether assistance is open this month and how it works with our tuition.

  • Siblings

If two of your children attend, tell us at your tour. Co-op work is by family, and we explain in writing how tuition works for a second child.

  • Withdrawing

We ask for written notice a month before a child leaves. We explain in writing what happens to the month in progress when you enroll.

  • Materials and field trips

A materials fee covers the year's art and snack supplies, and field trips are billed by the trip. We tell you which apply to your child's class at the tour.
